Comparative Vertebrate Neuroanatomy: Butler
This
is an extremely good book. Unfortunately, it's quite expensive. It
provides a huge amount of detail, but if you're looking for a
neuroanatomy book to help you understand psychology, it's more detail
than you really need. Get the Zigmond book (see: Human Neuroanatomy ). It's also very
detailed, and it costs much less.
